Building construction
We design, engineer, construct and maintain buildings of various scopes and functions, from single homes to high-rise buildings, residential complexes, sports facilities, hotels, hospitals, transportation terminals and manufacturing facilities. For turnkey project development, Shelter Sphere’s own subsidiary, has the capacity to supply facades, windows and doors, produced domestically, while high quality interior fittings are produced by our furniture production facility, SI. Furthermore, we are a leader in constructing according to environment protection standards, with the proven capacity to construct high performance green buildings built to comply with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) requirements.
Industrial construction
Shelter Sphere has successfully contributed to enabling the growth of industries through the provision of comprehensive civil works including design, engineering and procurement, site preparation works, steel works as well as mechanical and electrical works, for the construction of plants, factories, auxiliary buildings, oil and gas installations and power stations.
